Turning 30 feels different in the best way.
This isn’t just about a birthday. It’s about slowing down enough to really see how far I’ve come. What I’ve lived through. What I’ve learned. What I’ve built. And who I’ve grown into along the way. Thirty feels like a chapter worth marking with intention, gratitude, and joy. Not rushed. Not loud just to be loud. But grounded, full, and real.
Punta Cana felt like the right place to do that. Warm weather. Open water. Space to breathe. A setting that makes room for both celebration and reflection. A place where we can enjoy good food, good drinks, good music, and even better company without overcomplicating anything.
This trip is about celebrating life as it is right now.
The growth. The lessons. The friendships that have lasted. The people who’ve shown up for me in different seasons. The simple joy of still moving forward, still learning, still choosing myself and my people.
I’m genuinely grateful for anyone who chooses to be part of this moment with me, whether you’re able to stay the whole time or just a few days. There’s no pressure to do everything or be everywhere. Come as you are. Join in how you want. Rest when you need to. Turn up when you feel like it. Be present above all else.

Everyone will book their own room directly through Breathless Punta Cana, which allows you to choose the dates, room type, and price point that work best for you.
I’ll be at the resort from August 27 through September 2, but you’re welcome to stay for any portion of the trip. The main group activities will take place over the weekend.
Breathless does not require a deposit at booking. The full balance for your stay will be automatically charged to your card 14 days before your arrival date.After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the resort with all of your reservation details. Please keep that email, as you’ll need it for check-in and transportation.
If you plan to room with someone, you’re welcome to coordinate that on your own or indicate your interest through the trip form. Updates and reminders will be shared by email, so be sure to join the mailing list to stay informed.
Xhale Club (What I’ll Be Doing)
For this trip, I’ll be staying in the Xhale Club. I wanted to share a bit about what that means in case you’re deciding between room options.
Xhale Club is the resort’s upgraded experience. It includes a few added comforts like a private check-in area, access to exclusive lounge and pool spaces, upgraded room amenities, and some enhanced service touches throughout the stay. It’s a quieter, more relaxed option that offers a little extra space and ease.
I chose Xhale Club mainly for comfort and convenience, especially since I’ll be there for the full stay. That said, Xhale Club is absolutely not required to enjoy the trip. All guests at Breathless Punta Cana have access to the same restaurants, bars, entertainment, pools, beach areas, and group activities. We’ll still be together for dinners, excursions, theme nights, and the main events regardless of where you stay.
If Xhale Club fits your budget and you’re interested in the added perks, it’s a great option. If not, you’ll still get the full Breathless experience in a standard room. Choose what feels best for you.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. A valid passport is required to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please make sure your passport is up to date well before the trip.
